January, 2007: The year is already shaping up to be a busy one for Tara Donovan. This month Tara is cast in Shakespeare: Danced, Acted, and Mocked at the Complex 6470 Theatre. Tara is working on PRODUCING her first short film to be shot at the end of the month. Just announced, Last Hand, a film Tara acted in last year, has been selected for the Brilliant Light International Film Festival in Los Angeles Feb.28-Mar.4, 2007. Tara begins studying under the renowned Michelle Danner at the Larry Moss Studio this month.

October- November, 2006: Tara Donovan is appearing in Layon Gray's award winning ensemble play- Diary of a Catholic School Dropout: uncut.

September: Tara is cast in Diary of A Catholic School Dropout. Tara acts in the music video, Cat Wine, for band Fuji Minx under the direction of the fantastic directing duo Lady Ransom. She also films The Bigot, a short, written and directed by Kenneth Thompson.

August, 2006: As the result of a hit and run car accident, Tara, took a break from acting to find a new car and undergo physical therapy for minor back and neck injuries. Tara is fine, and after four months of physical therapy, she is back to work..

July 14-16: Tara Donovan will be returning to San Diego to film for the '48 hrs Film Fest'.

July 5, 2006: 'Freeks' postponed due to funding delays. Trailer will be shot end of July; film to resume production summer of 2007.

June 30, 2006: Tara Donovan attends the premier of 'Innocence Missed' at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood.

June 23, 2006: Tara Donovan is cast as 'Chris' in the feature film 'Freeks', to begin production next month.

May/June: Tara Donovan shot two short films with Blue Leopard Films. 'Follow Me' will be used as the New York Film Academy's promotional video and 'Innocence Missed' will premier in Los Angeles on June 30th.

April 20, 2006: Tara Donovan models for San Diego Life & Fashion magazine in a runway fashion show at On Broadway.
